• After 14 days, you can cancel but no refund for the current period

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases (LaunchFast boilerplate, etc.):

• 14-day money-back guarantee
• If the product doesn't work as described, we'll fix it or refund you
• No refunds after you've substantially used the product in production

• Which product you'd like refunded
• Brief reason (helps us improve)

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

• You've violated our Terms of Service
