By using any aiyaiyai product or service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services

aiyaiyai provides developer tools and SaaS products including but not limited to: uptime monitoring, status pages, image generation APIs, and development boilerplates.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure
• Resell our services without permission

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
